The Malaga Film Festival is a film festival held every year in which the best Spanish films are awarded.
This festival originated in 1998 with the aim of promoting Spanish film culture and expanding the cultural offer of the city of Malaga. In this festival you will find documentaries, short films, animation films and other audiovisual productions. There are also lectures, exhibitions and workshops among other activities during these days.
In 2020 the festival will take place between 13 and 22 March.
About the Malaga Fim Festival
The Malaga Film Festival takes place at different locations and venues in the capital of the Costa del Sol, such as the Cervantes Theatre, Echegaray Theatre, Cinema Albeniz, Picasso Museum, the University of Malaga, Plaza de la Constitucion and the Malaga Palacio Hotel, where take place films, short films, animation projects, documentaries and lectures, exhibitions and workshops.
