Best way to get to Cordoba from Malaga Airport please

Can we get a train from the airport terminal straight to Cordoba or do we have to go into Malaga main station?

The only train available at Malaga airport is the commuter train. This train will take you to the train station "Maria Zambrano" in Malaga, from where you can take the train to Cordoba.
