Hello, I am also new to the site (and a big thank you to Raul for getting me registered as my computer say no lol). We have never been to Malaga before and are really looking forward to exploring round about. We will only be there for 4 nights as we are touring parts of Spain (a special holiday to mark my retirement last year and hubby's NEXT year - we will be going to Ronda, Sevilla and Granada from Malaga and then moving up to the north of Spain. We will be staying in the Atarazanas Malaga Boutique Hotel - will that be handy for exploring the old town?

You are welcome, Im sorry about all measures present in forum to fight spam...we really get hit hard if they are not present...and I think nobody is interested here in reading about pharmacy stuff :D

You will enjoy the Atarazanas market, also can't miss the Alcazaba fortress (I personally love it)

If you have vehicle or can book a tour I recommend visiting Ronda, but you have plenty of places to visit from the city centre and train station is not far in case you need to move with public transport.

Your plan sounds pretty good, I hope you enjoy much your visit to Spain ;)
