Februar in El Burgo<\/strong>, die Fiesta del Tost\u00f3n<\/em> (Kastanienr\u00f6sten mit Familie und Freunden) am 1. November in Ojen<\/strong> (Marbella), der Gastronomie und Orangen Tag<\/em> (traditionelle Rezepte, Orangensaft) am 20. M\u00e4rz in Istan<\/strong> (Marbella<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Guadalhorce-Tal<\/h3>\n

Im Guadalhorce Tal<\/strong>: D\u00eda de las Sopas Perotas<\/em> (typische Suppe aus der Region) am ersten Samstag im Oktober in Alora<\/strong>, das Orangen Festival<\/em> im Mai in Coin<\/strong>, die das Ende der Orangenernte beschlie\u00dft und das Oliven Festival<\/em> Mitte September in Alozaina<\/strong>, das den Beginn der Olivenernte markiert.<\/p>\n

Guadalteba<\/h3>\n

In der Gegend von Guadalteba<\/strong>: Spargel Tag <\/em>Ende April in der Sierra de Yeguas<\/strong>, das Schinken Fest<\/em> am 7. November in Campillos<\/strong> oder die Fiesta de la Matanza<\/em> (Schlachtfest) am 14. Februar in Ardales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Axarquia<\/strong>: Hier gibt es viele gastronomische Festivals: D\u00eda de la Chanfaina<\/em> (Lamm) am letzten Sonntag im November in Totalan<\/strong>, der D\u00eda de la Morcilla<\/em> (Blutwurst) Ende April in Canillas de Aceituno<\/strong>, der Rosinen Tag<\/em>, an dem dritten Sonntag im September in El Borge<\/strong>; der Moscatel Trauben Tag<\/em>, am ersten Samstag im August in Iznate<\/strong>, die Verdial \u00d6l Tag<\/em> am 11. April in Periana<\/strong>, der D\u00eda del Caracol<\/em> (Schnecke) in Riogordo<\/strong>, der Nisperos Tag<\/em> am ersten Sonntag im Mai in Sayalonga<\/strong>, oder das Landfest<\/em> in der\u00a0 zweiten Aprilh\u00e4lfte in Benamargosa<\/strong>, wo besonders der baticade, ein Avocado-shake bekannt ist.<\/p>\n

Weitere gastronomische Feste in M\u00e1laga<\/h2>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus gibt es die Fiesta de las Migas<\/em> (ein schmackhaftes Gericht mit Brotkr\u00fcmeln gemacht) am Sonntag vor Weihnachten in Torrox<\/strong>, das Fest der Winzer<\/em> am ersten Sonntag im September in Moclinejo<\/strong>, das Fest des Ajoblanco<\/em> (eine typische k\u00f6stliche kalte Suppe) am ersten Samstag im September Alm\u00e1char<\/strong>; die Fiesta del Gazpacho<\/em> (die beliebteste kalte Suppe in Andalusien) am ersten August-Wochenende in Alfarnatejo<\/strong>; in Colmenar<\/strong> ist hervorragend das Mosto- und Chacina Festival<\/em>, das am Sonntag in der zweiten Woche im Dezember stattfindet; und die Wein Nacht<\/em> am 15.
