Its lyrics call on the Andalusians to mobilize and ask for &#8220;land and freedom&#8221;. It is a holiday that this year falls on a Friday, so many choose to make bridge holiday and thus enjoy a short break.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the performances of the different municipal bands in the main squares of many municipalities and institutional events, there are activities and traditions that may interest you:<\/p>\n<h3>Municipal Band of Fuengirola<\/h3>\n<p>At Plaza de Espa\u00f1a in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malagaweb.com\/fuengirola.php\">Fuengirola<\/a> from 12.00 until 1.30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>It has not been confirmed but hopefully it will be repeated as it is every year.<\/p>\n<h3>Activities in Archidona<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>From 10.15 a sightseeing tour from <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/TN2GHnYcq4C2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plaza Ochavada<\/a> (Registration at the Tourist Office before the 27th)<\/li>\n<li>Andalusia Race at 12 noon from Paseo de la Victoria.<\/li>\n<li>Other activities throughout the day that will culminate in the auditorium from 8 pm with free admission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Andalusia Day in Manilva<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive programming from 11.30 am with a parade of the municipal band. The event will last until 6 pm with performances and activities.<\/li>\n<li>There will be a children&#8217;s area with attractions at a reasonable price and free wine tasting and some snacks.<\/li>\n<li>Where: Pabell\u00f3n de Usos M\u00faltiples and in Mar in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malagaweb.com\/manilva.php\">Manilva<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Andalusia Day in Frigiliana<\/h3>\n<p>From midday at Parque de Andaluc\u00eda there will be different activities related to this day. (<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/ePYt3U5VfN12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Map<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h3>Game of the Water Jar in Montejaque<\/h3>\n<p>This village in the Serran\u00eda de Ronda celebrates the &#8220;Juego del C\u00e1ntaro&#8221; during Andalusia Day, a traditional festival in which participants have to throw a water jug; an activity that is related to the old custom of going to collect water with a water jug to the municipality&#8217;s public fountain. An exhibition for those who want to approach this town more closely. (<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/NdbQRB3KYu12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Map<\/a>)<\/p>\n<h3>Andalusia Day in Torremolinos<\/h3>\n<p>Musical performances, events and activities for the family in the different squares of the municipality from 12.00 to 15.00.<\/p>\n<p>Last year Torremolinos brought us numerous activities. Will they be repeated this year? The following information is not confirmed, but hopefully it will be similar this year.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Andalusian products market<\/strong><br \/>\nA market of Andalusian products begins on Thursday 28 February and will be available until the Sunday in Avenida Palma de Mallorca (<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/W3CuNJaRLPz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Map<\/a>). You will be able to find all kinds of food and varied products produced in Malaga.The schedule is from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Institutional events<\/strong><br \/>\nInstitutional activities at Blas Infante Square (<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/oWHQvEsuGaK2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Map<\/a>) and interpretation of the Spanish and Andalusian anthems by the Malaga Promusica Orchestra.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Folkloric performances and choirs<br \/>\n<\/strong>From 12.30 pm to 2 pm there will be folkloric performances typical of Andalusia and other activities at the Costa del Sol square (<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/4TYYds5Fzy32\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Map<\/a>). It will be a great time for those who want to learn more about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malagaweb.com\/blog\/andalucia\/flamenco-andalusian-folklore\/\">Andalusian folklore<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Andalusia Day in Benalmadena Pueblo<\/h3>\n<p>According to the Town Hall of M\u00e1laga there will be a celebration, although it provides little information.<\/p>\n<h3>Concert by the Music Band in Mijas<\/h3>\n<p>Throughout the day in Mijas there will be related activities and the municipal music band will give a concert.
