How to get to Malaga airport

Malaga airport is well signposted and is situated in the district of Churriana just outside Malaga city.

Arriving from Torremolinos, Marbella and the area west of the capital, we only have to drive in direction to Malaga and take the signposted exit.

By suburban train, with station very close to the airport.
By Bus: There is a bus line that connects Malaga with the airport, as well as other less regular ones connecting Marbella and Puerto Banus. Those who have thought about getting to the airport from Benalmadena, Fuengirola or Torremolinos by bus, be aware that the stop is situated far from the departures terminal, in about 15 minutes walking distance.
By Taxi: If you choose a taxi to Malaga airport, the procedure is simple and it will bring you directly to the departure terminal without option of getting lost.
