Delpaso is a relatively new car rental company in Malaga located near Malaga airport.

Requirements to rent with Delpaso

The minimum age at which you can rent a car from Delpaso is 21 years.

A flight number is required to pick up the rental car.

It is indispensable that the credit card is in the name of the driver.

To make the reservation of a vehicle belonging to the high-end groups you are required 2 credit cards and you will be charged 3000 to 5000 Euros of deposit depending on the model. The full insurance is not available for this type of vehicle.

Rental conditions Delpaso

Among the terms and conditions of rental are the following:

- Free transfer from the airport to your rental car.

- No additional driver is included.

- To visit Gibraltar or Portugal, you have to pay a daily insurance of 9 € (minimum € 27 and maximum € 90) for a period not exceeding 28 days.

- Fuel policy: The car is delivered with a full tank at a surcharge of 20 € and has to be delivered with a full tank or otherwise you pay the difference of fuel.

- There are available GPS and Mobile Router (Mifi) upon request and with extra charge depending on the number of days.

- Keep in mind that you must deliver the car on time; if you return it an hour later than the end of your lease you will be charged an extra day.

- Mileage limit of 2,000 kilometres; if you are making more than those kilometres you have to change cars before reaching the limit or you will be charged € 2 per extra kilometre.

Deposit and franchise policy

If you do not hire a full insurance of Delpaso you have to pay a deposit of between 800 and 1500 euros depending on the car group you have reserved. High-end groups do not have optional insurance.

Note that the amount of money belonging to the franchise will be removed from your credit card during the rental period. In the case that there has been no damage to the vehicle, this amount should be returned in a short period of time.

If you want to fully secure the rental car and not place any franchise, the cost is around 15 euros per day (minimum 45 and maximum 210 euros) for the basic groups and 25 Euros per day (maximum 390 euros) for the following category groups.
