Fuengirola Pop Weekend - Thursday July 8th to Sunday July 11th 2010

From the 8th to the 11th of July will be celebrated the Fuengirola Pop Weekend 2010.

The Fuengirola Pop Weekend was born in the summer of 2008 with the idea of consolidating itself as a festival dedicated to promoting music and pop culture in general, presenting groups and creators of proven quality and reliability within the independent music scene, both Spanish and international. Thus, we expect to have in each issue some of the best artists of Pop, Rock, Powerpop, Punkpop, Surf, Garage, Soul...

In addition to the performances will be scheduled again a series of parallel activities (mostly free) for this edition of Fuengirola Pop Weekend, such as: Pop Art Exhibition, Cinema, scooters, Pop Market (with discs, clothing and accessories).

The program of Fuengirola Pop Weekend 2010 will be as follows:

• Friday,  July 9th: Guateque Playero (Bikini Beach) LOS HERMANOS DALTON + Reagents + Champagne + Los Alimentos + Doobie Brothers DJs
• Saturday, July 10th: Gran Fiesta POP (Sohail castle) THE SUNDAY DRIVERS + Sex Museum + October + Ana Logic + Rubber Saints + DJ Amable
• Sunday, July 11th: Farewell Party (Sohail castle) LOVE OF LESBIAN + The Coronas + +Also Starring Toni DJ Fontana (+ Final of soccer World Cup)
