Yoga enthusiasts and people interested in approaching this vast world of self-exploration using ancient techniques can come during the weekend from September 7 to 9 to the 6th edition of the Yoga Congress on the Costa del Sol that takes place in the Marbella Conference and Exhibition centre.
This initiative was born in 2006 in private with a different format which remains the hallmark of this event: Free and independent, with the aim of spreading Yoga and non-profit.
The Palacio de Congresos de Marbella hosts this new edition in which is displayed for three days an extensive program of sessions of many different types of Yoga taught by teachers of many nationalities; for this purpose there will be three rooms where continuously will take place classes. In the hall will take place performances, poetry readings and ceremonies and there will be also activities for children.
Without going into excessive detail and to give a general vision of what you can find in the Congress of Yoga:
There will be free sessions of prenatal Yoga, Yoga Dance Fusion, Vini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Mantra and Meditation, Yoga in the dark, Therapeutic Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kerala Yoga, Contemporary Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Anusara, Shiva Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama and Yoga Vedanta, Kundalini Yoga, Buddhist Meditation, Yoga for kids, Rainbow kids Yoga… and much more!
Those of you who have not ventured yet into the world of Yoga and probably find a little confusing so many styles, can visit the event website, where is presented each teacher and the type of Yoga they teach. There is also the complete schedule for the three days so that you can individually choose the classes you want to attend. Free. Freely.
Come to Marbella and participate in this great celebration of Yoga.
