evening market in MalagaDuring the evenings of 13th and 14th of July you can enjoy the second edition of the night craft marketHecho en Málaga” (Made in Malaga), held in the grounds of the Civic Centre of Malaga.

This market, which opens its doors from 7 to 12 pm, invites to stroll around in the gardens of the civic centre, enjoying the cool breeze of the summer night while we visit the different stalls of art and craft products of various kinds: Ceramics, textiles, leather, jewellery, glass, pressed flowers, soaps … are some of the products that you can find in this market of artisans, which is primarily offering high quality and originality. In this evening appointment are scheduled as well games, concerts, storytelling and therefore it is an activity for everyone.

There are also live demonstrations of the production of some articles as well as workshops where visitors, both adults and children, may participate. On Friday there is also a tasting of dishes in which the tomato is the protagonist in the gastronomic demonstration Saborea Guadalhorce (http://saborea.guadalhorceturismo.es/index.php/es/).

This market, which usually takes place monthly on Sunday mornings, has moved to the evening hours, taking advantage of the warm temperatures and such a charming environment as are the grounds of the Civic Centre, an old building a few meters from the sea promenade. So, if you want to draw away a little from the typical tourist offer and know more about the emerging culture of Malaga, come on Friday and Saturday, July 13 and14, to the Civic Centre grounds.

The Civic Centre is located on Avenida de los Guindos, 48, Malaga.
By car: Take the Mediterranean highway A-7 from the Costa del Sol municipalities; take exit 234 towards MA-21/Avenida Velazquez.
By Public transport: Bus number 10
