Marbella Reggae Festival 2010

After four years of meetings among major international figures (Max Romeo, Sizzla, Michael Rose, Buju Banton and Alborosie), will take place again the Marbella Reggae Festival on Saturday, July 31st in Marbella, but as a special edition against the crisis. Since the economic crisis is affecting both the public and private sectors, the organizers this time offered free entry for everybody.

Waiting for better times, with the intention of maintaining the party in the future with the same structure as before, the producers did not want the festival to be over and opted for a version of anti-crisis festival and therefore no admission fee.

Now the event will take place in El Cable Beach in Marbella with free admission. Thus have the opportunity to enjoy Jamaican music people from all ages, locals and tourists in Marbella.

The musical concert will offer 13 hours (from 17:00 pm onwards) of uninterrupted Reggae in all its styles (oldies, new roots, dub, dancehall ...) inviting to dance with the best vibration of Jamaican music.

The intention of this 5th edition of the Marbella Reggae Festival is to show the public that Marbella has a very healthy Reggae scenario. This edition will also have musical representatives of Cadiz, Granada, Seville, Córdoba, Almería and Malaga in particular.
