Fuengirola opens the first Finnish mall

In Fuengirola has opened its first finish shopping mall Finn, which is the first larger Finnish business which exists outside the Scandinavian country.

The mall, located between the street Pedro Calvo and Avenida Los Boliches in Fuengirola, has 13 Finnish shops such as physiotherapy, restaurant, design, real estate, food, transportation, beauty salon, photo studio, decoration, construction and even a Finnish newspaper.

According to the managers of the mall, the idea is to offer products not only to the Finnish living in Fuengirola and the Costa del Sol, but open to other residents and visitors. To do so, the shop owners are fluent in Spanish, Finnish, English and Swedish.

The popular Costa del Sol town hosts the largest Finnish colony in the world outside the Nordic countries, with 5,000 residents, second only to the residents of British nationality.
